Thank you for choosing us, and we wish you a pleasant stay. For safety reasons and to ensure the best possible experience, please read and follow our operational regulations. The business “Olia Luxury Apartments” is obligated to provide the following amenities and services:
- Optimal conditions for your stay and relaxation,
- Secure accommodation, including the safety of your personal data,
- High-quality guest service,
- Room cleaning and necessary equipment repairs,
- Every possible effort to fix any potential issues.
- Olia Thassos Luxury Apartments does not have a guarded parking area. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or loss of the guest’s car or other vehicles. However, we will make every effort to ensure your safety. The area across from the hotel is officially designated by the local authority as a parking space.
- Upon departure, guests must ensure the door is properly closed.
- At the end of the stay, if the safe was used, guests must leave the safe door open and take their personal items with them.
- Guests of Olia Thassos Luxury Apartments are financially responsible for any direct or indirect damage or destruction of hotel equipment caused by them.
- To prevent short circuits or fires, the use of heaters, electric irons, and other appliances not provided by the hotel is strictly prohibited. Guests must also take the power card/key with them every time they leave the room.
- Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety of their children within the hotel premises.
- Smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly prohibited indoors. If cigarette residues or the smell of smoke are found in the room during your stay, a cleaning fee of €50 will be charged.
- Additionally, guests are requested to frequently ventilate their apartments and, if using the kitchen, to simultaneously use the extractor hood.
- Pets are strictly prohibited at Olia Thassos Luxury Apartments.
- Toilet paper should be disposed of in the bin provided in the bathroom, not in the toilet.
POOL RULES
- The pool operates from 10:00-18:00. Please adhere to these hours and respect the quiet
hours. - Guests must be cautious when moving near the pool area to avoid injuries.
- Pool entry is exclusively via the stairs.
- The supervision of minor children is the responsibility of the parents or guardians.
- Guests must shower before entering the pool or the apartment.
- The accommodation provides pool towels, which guests can request from the staff.
- The use of glassware (glasses, plates, etc.) is prohibited in the pool area to prevent
injuries. Plastic alternatives available in the apartments are recommended.
Our facilities provide services according to their category and standards. If you have any
complaints about the quality of the services offered, please report them to the reception or
directly to the owner. This will allow the staff and owners to respond promptly.
